Ante la novedosa oferta curricular el a\u00f1o 1985, surge como un Departamento independiente con la denominaci\u00f3n de Automotores; al finalizar la gesti\u00f3n 1991, se modifica el plan curricular y se cambia el nombre de Automotores por Mec\u00e1nica Automotriz, aprobado en la Primera Sectorial Acad\u00e9mica Facultativa en septiembre de 1991, y ratificado en el Seminario Acad\u00e9mico Interno en noviembre de 1992. Se aprueba el redise\u00f1o curricular de la Carrera de Mec\u00e1nica Automotriz seg\u00fan Resoluci\u00f3n H.C.U. N\u00b0127\/2022 de fecha 31 de octubre de 2022.<\/p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size\" style=\"text-decoration:underline\"><strong>MISI\u00d3N<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Formar profesionales mec\u00e1nicos automotrices \u00edntegros, competentes e innovadores integrando pr\u00e1ctica, investigaci\u00f3n, extensi\u00f3n e interacci\u00f3n social para resolver problemas relacionados con el mantenimiento de veh\u00edculos automotrices y maquinaria pesada.<\/p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size\" style=\"text-decoration:underline\"><strong>VISI\u00d3N<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Ser la mejor carrera a nivel regional y nacional por formar profesionales de reconocida calidad humana y excelencia acad\u00e9mica en mantenimiento de veh\u00edculos automotriz y maquinaria pesada.<\/p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size\" style=\"text-decoration:underline\"><strong>OBJETIVO GENERAL<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Formar Mec\u00e1nicos Automotrices \u00edntegros con conocimientos, habilidades y valores, que les permitan aplicar la tecnolog\u00eda para resolver los problemas inherentes al mantenimiento de maquinaria liviana y pesada, para impulsar el desarrollo del sector productivo regional, nacional y constituirse en generadores de unidades empresariales, tomando en cuenta el desarrollo sostenible.<\/p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size\" style=\"text-decoration:underline\"><strong>OBJETIVOS ESPEC\u00cdFICOS<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size\" style=\"text-decoration:underline\"><strong>MISI\u00d3N<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Ejecutar un plan curricular actualizado y acorde con los requerimientos del \u00e1mbito automotriz.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Fortalecer el entrenamiento con el uso de equipamiento moderno.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Inculcar los valores en el desarrollo acad\u00e9mico.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Desarrollar una pol\u00edtica acad\u00e9mica orientada al emprendimiento de generar peque\u00f1as y medianas empresas del \u00e1rea automotriz.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Promover la investigaci\u00f3n en las diferentes \u00e1reas de mec\u00e1nica automotriz para desarrollar y adecuar nuevas tecnolog\u00edas.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size\" style=\"text-decoration:underline\"><strong>PERFIL PROFESIONAL<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><p style=\"text-align: justify;\">El Mec\u00e1nico Automotriz es un profesional \u00edntegro, id\u00f3neo, \u00e9tico, creativo, innovador y tiene las competencias para resolver problemas de prevenci\u00f3n y correcci\u00f3n de fallas en sistemas mec\u00e1nicos, el\u00e9ctricos, electr\u00f3nicos, hidr\u00e1ulicos y neum\u00e1ticos de los veh\u00edculos automotrices y maquinaria pesada, aplicando la investigaci\u00f3n, estrategias de mantenimiento, especificaciones t\u00e9cnicas del fabricante, sistemas integrados de gesti\u00f3n de calidad, ambiental y de seguridad, adem\u00e1s es generador de emprendimientos empresariales en el rubro de mec\u00e1nica automotriz.<\/p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size\" style=\"text-decoration:underline\"><strong>CAMPOS DE ACCI\u00d3N<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size\" style=\"text-decoration:underline\"><strong>OBJETO DE LA PROFESI\u00d3N<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><p style=\"text-align: justify;\">El objeto de trabajo sobre lo que recae la actividad del profesional, son los procesos de mantenimiento que es desarrollada por el profesional con el objeto de resolver el problema y satisfacer la necesidad de la empresa y talleres dedicadas al mantenimiento. Los campos de acci\u00f3n son los componentes internos que caracterizan en esencia el objeto de trabajo y mediante su descomposici\u00f3n.<\/p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Procesos de mantenimiento de veh\u00edculos automotrices y maquinaria pesada.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Investigaci\u00f3n orientada a elaborar protocolos de mantenimiento.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Investigaci\u00f3n, desarrollo y adaptaci\u00f3n de estrategias de mantenimiento.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>El modo de actuaci\u00f3n es la manera en que act\u00faa el profesional en aras de resolver los problemas es la planificaci\u00f3n, ejecuci\u00f3n, verificaci\u00f3n y mejora continua de los proceos de mantenimiento.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Las esferas de actuaci\u00f3n expresan donde y cuando se manifiestan los problemas profesionales.
