<strong>acto interinstitucional<\/strong> donde el <em>Gobierno Aut\u00f3nomo Departamental de Oruro<\/em> suscribi\u00f3 convenios marco con la <em>Facultad T\u00e9cnica<\/em> de la <em>Universidad T\u00e9cnica de Oruro (UTO)<\/em> y la editorial <em>Latinas Editores<\/em> <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Puntos clave del evento:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Objetivo de los convenios:<\/strong> Fortalecer la <strong>formaci\u00f3n t\u00e9cnica<\/strong>, promover la <strong>innovaci\u00f3n tecnol\u00f3gica<\/strong> y facilitar la inserci\u00f3n laboral de los estudiantes a trav\u00e9s de pr\u00e1cticas pre-profesionales.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Alianza con <em>Latinas Editores<\/em>:<\/strong> Busca coordinar de manera eficiente la publicaci\u00f3n de la producci\u00f3n intelectual y cient\u00edfica de docentes y estudiantes de la <em>Facultad T\u00e9cnica<\/em>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Programa \u00abPrimer Empleo\u00bb:<\/strong> El gobernador, <em>Edgar S\u00e1nchez Aguirre<\/em>, detalla que este programa permitir\u00e1 contratar a egresados titulados, con una cofinanciaci\u00f3n entre la gobernaci\u00f3n y empresas aliadas, como parte de la estrategia para aprovechar el talento local. <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Desempe\u00f1o y cultura:<\/strong> El acto incluy\u00f3 intervenciones art\u00edsticas, como la presentaci\u00f3n de la ni\u00f1a <em>Alejandra Bernal<\/em> y un mon\u00f3logo teatral del universitario <em>Luis Colque<\/em>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Reconocimientos:<\/strong> Se realizaron entregas de distinciones a
